QuickBooks Migration Tool

Save Preview stores parsed source rows only. Import Preview Rows creates xBoox expense transactions from merged bank and expense rows.
1. Select payment account
Choose the xBoox bank or credit card account represented by the bank export.
2. Upload bank export
Required. Contains date, bank description, spent/received amount, and Transaction Posted text.
3. Upload expense export
Required. Contains category, merchant, before-tax amount, sales tax, tax code, and total paid.
4. Review & merge
xBoox matches by date and total amount first, then uses description and posted category as supporting evidence.
